Our high quality flat metal custom cut Brass letters will be produced using Water-Jet Cutting. The image below demonstrates the difference in the results for either router cut brass letters or waterjet cut brass sign letters. We only produce brass letters using water-jet cutting, router cutting is no longer an option for brass letters.
Water-Jet Cutting of any of our metal letters will allow us to produce finer detail in the design than will the Router Cut method.
